We were traveling from out of state. The tread on our front right tire began to separate. We finally found a tire store that was still open….it was 6:45 and they closed at 7:00. They very kindly agreed to help us, stayed 30 minutes past closing time, and gave us a significant discount. We highly recommend these folks. Their service is top notch and they are good people.

Went in to have my battery changed. The tech said they needed to run a test on the battery before work was done. I knew the only issue was the battery as I hooked the car up to my own OBD reader and had no other issues. Since the battery was dead when they tried to move it, they said they needed to do the test because it shouldn’t have been dead since it was jumped to drive there. So I agreed. They came back and said my alternator was bad. On a 4 year old car…. They asked for me to leave it so they could order a part. I politely declined. Went back home and ran my own test again and the alternator was functioning properly according to my device. I took the car to another shop the next day and was told there was nothing wrong with the alternator and was actually testing well above what my device read. They could have gotten me for well over $1000 for a $300 job. They tried to take advantage of a woman who they thought wouldn’t have known better. Definitely would not go back. Can’t imagine how many other people who didn’t know better and got ripped off!

Cody assisted me as soon as I walked in. I needed to replace the front passenger tire that had a slow leak. I'm 3 months new to Summerville SC. My Bronco had just over 12K miles on it. I didn't have an initial appointment. But I had to get the tire replaced. Cody listened to my concerns; walked to the car and took the necessary info. He explained the choices of tires. He gave his professional recommendation but allowed me to make the final decision. He then respectfully explained there would be a wait, which I understood. I ran some errands and came back at the appointed time. The tire was replaced before I knew it. For service and workmanship, definitely FIVE Stars to Firestone at Grandview Dr& E 5th N St.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I needed a last-minute, same-day tire repair, and they completely stepped up to help me out. Smitty, in particular, was incredible—he had a great attitude, provided excellent service, and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them for any tire repairs or service needs. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful!
